Service access

There are 7 types of service access, 5 of which: administrator, logistician, controller, dispatcher and analyst - have access to the system's web interface. The other 2 types: driver and observer - work only with the mobile application interface.

User profile settings

In the profile, the user can change their login and/or password. In the profile settings, personal data is specified, a nickname is set, the interface language is selected. The user can also enable the display of additional buttons on the toolbar, display the assistant and subscribe to news.

Individual table settings

Any user of the web interface has access to individual settings for the appearance of reference and document tables:

• Adding/removing columns from tables
• Changing the size of individual columns
• Changing the sequence of table columns
• Adding/editing user fields
• Configuring the display of fields in the mobile application

Access Settings

The account owner has the rights to manage access of subordinate users to read and edit different types of directories, documents, and general settings.

Affiliate accounts

The owner of the management account has access to the accounts of all subordinate branches, to their directories, documents, analytics. Branch account administrators and their subordinate users have access rights only to their data area.
