*When planning routes considering all time windows at service points, the system can be set to enter the degree of importance of delays or expectations, as well as priority factors for various groups of address destination points. For instance, delays are not allowed for VIP customers, therefore, it is better to wait by the destination point, whereas for small customers, delays are not that critical.
