Service Features

System is taking account of more than 60 parameters while planning routes.
It takes 18 minutes for system to compile routes for 1000 targets.

Accounting traffic while building routes. Road editor.

System is including traffic while compiling, what makes routes predictable.
User can edit such road parameters:

  • type of the road
  • types of closed/paid roads
  • average speed
  • speed index
  • priority of different roads while planning
  • editing roads in cities and out of town
  • zoning roads’ parameters

Multifactor Optimization

While calculating the delivery routes, a number of factors are taken into account:

  • size, load capacity, vehicle type
  • type of ordered goods, their weight, size
  • time limits for goods delivery
  • roads categorization, traffic direction, marking, speed limits

Route calculation can be performed for two types of routes:

  • minimal according to price
  • balanced according to price and time

You yourself can determine which criterion is most important at the moment.

The program automatically selects the number of cars necessary for the goods transportation, performing a more optimal car loading. This makes it possible to reduce fleet of vehicles or use the existing more rationally.

Accounting for Mandatory Bypass Points

Often there is a need to refuel the vehicle during the route. Sometimes the car should be exited from a fixed location instead of a warehouse. Taking into account such situations, we suggest using the route template. The route template is a list of mandatory bypass points for a car:

  • the route starting point
  • the route ending point

Such points can be warehouses, garage, gas stations, etc. The user is able to determine the list and sequence of their detours. Mandatory points are included in the delivery route and are taken into account when optimizing.

Types of routing

There’s ability to consolidate delivery points by different signs and choose the types of routes compiling during route formation:

  • priority (VIP-Clients)
  • considering consistency/inconsistency product groups
  • groups of sale points
  • geo-areas, geo-area groups
  • cross routing
  • multi-trip routing
  • long-distance routing
  • routes pricing

System is able to put automatically and primarily loading vehicles with the low tariffs, calculating profitability of delivery points and calculating routes with transitional overloads in branches (cross-docking).

Access levels, routes statuses

One account makes possible to have different access levels for different users. Admin has the access to the all features, but supervisor has the access to certain routes from mobile application. There are 7 access levels provided:

  • admin
  • logistician
  • driver
  • supervisor
  • controller
  • dispatch
  • analyst

“Route statuses” feature allows admin to prohibit editing routes for other users after it’s approval. System allows to set any number of own statuses for permission or prohibition different actions for subordinate users.

Visual Representation of Points on the Map

The most convenient form of information presentation is visual. That is why we made sure that our users get the most information while viewing maps. You can the location of all delivery points, the route along which the transport moves. Warehouses, gas stations, garage are also visible.

The map shows:

  • delivery points of products, the sequence of their detours, the travel route
  • warehouses from which products are shipped
  • service points (garage, fueling, etc.)

Plan-Fact Analysis

GPS-monitoring of actual routes and comparing them with planned routes close a number of issues. This gives the manager a guarantee of staff reliability and allows to adjust the coefficients and initial conditions given to the program for calculation. Perhaps the average time of loading-unloading the goods is more than expected or some roads included in the route are closed and they must be excluded from the routes. Convenient monitoring of the logistics works due to the ability to compare the planned route and the actual data from GPS-trackers. The manager sees the actual route and its mileage. The map displays information about delays and deviations from the route.

Analytic module is provided with prepared reports and printed forms. Furthermore system provides ability to form own reports in the form of tables or interactive dashboards and constructing own document forms with subsequent printing.

Route on the Tablet

Mobile app for Android gives the driver an opportunity to always see the route formed by the logistician. Switching to the navigation mode, the driver can follow this route. During the day, the routes can be changed or new ones can be added - the driver will receive appropriate notifications, all changes will be quickly displayed on his device.

Import and Export Data

Among possible ways to integrate the service with the user's accounting system, the easiest is to export and import data files. If necessary, the logist may not create applications in the service, but import them into a spreadsheet file. After completing the tasks for calculating routes, you can also quickly export the file for further work.

API for Integration with Your Accounting System

API - the software interface to the Ant Logistics web service enables developers to download product delivery requests and obtain optimal routes in your accounting system. You can configure full incremental integration for directories - cars, outlets, ...

Integration with CRM services

There’s ability to import orders from 5 services for further routes compiling. OneBox system users see updatable statuses of orders online once courier performs tasks in mobile application.

Integration GPS providers

System can receive and show GPS-trackers data. For today, system has more than 30 integrations. It needs just parameters provided for authorisation for showing data.

Sending SMS to clients

Users are provided with ability to send SMS to their clients that includes delivery time, car number, courier’s phone, and other info. Here are available services of distribution that connected to “Ant-Logistics”:

  • SMS Club
  • SMS Aero
  • UniSender
  • SMS-Assistent
  • TurboSMS
